Official Rules a Made Field Goal No Good Because He Was Adjusting His Mask

This is as bad as it gets...

An official standing all by himself ruled that a made field goal was no good. The reason he did so was because he wasn't watching the kick. The official was instead too busy adjusting his mask.

That's right, he's standing alone on a football field, with almost a zero percent chance of spreading the coronavirus, messing with his mask instead of watching the kick.

What a hero! Doing his part to stop the spread. Some things are more important than football...

Appears that a FG in the Eastern Washington game was ruled no good even though it clearly went through the uprights.
