Cole Tucker Says His Actress Girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens Will Attend Games this Season

Pirates shortstop Cole Tucker and actress Vanessa Hudgens went Instagram official on Valentine's Day.  The move happened a few months after they were first spotted on a date.

Tucker's offseason acquisition will bring a new element to the upcoming season.  For starters he will receive a lot more attention than he has in the past.

On Friday he got a taste of that attention when he met with the media.  He handled it as well as could be expected and says Vanessa will be around this season.

"I got a girlfriend and she’s cool.  She’s awesome.  I love her, but I don’t want to be treated any differently than Mitch having his wife come down, or Ke’Bryan having his girlfriend come down.  She’s great.  She’ll be around.  You will see her but you saw the headline, it is what it is."

Tucker's spring is off to a hot start.  Now he just has to get his on the field batting average up as high as his off the field batting average.

If not he might find himself looking for a new girlfriend in the minor leagues.
