Vanessa Bryant called out rapper Meek Mill for a reported line in an upcoming song called "Don't Worry." The line mentions Kobe and the way he died.
"Yeah, and if I ever lack, I’m goin' out with my chopper, it be another Kobe."
Vanessa explained that the line was "extremely insensitive and disrespectful."

Mill appeared to double down with a now deleted tweet that the internet assumed was a response to Vanessa.
According to the rapper the tweet had nothing to do with Vanessa and that he apologized to her privately.
I apologized to her in private earlier today not to the public...Nothing I say on my page directed to a internet viral moment or the family of a grieving woman! If you care about someone grieving change the subject!

I'm sure one day there will be an asshole who disrespectfully brings up Kobe's death in a song, but that day isn't today. Vanessa will be coming for that ass if you try it.
