The Buccaneers celebrated their first Super Bowl victory in 18 years on Wednesday afternoon with a boat parade. The focus now will be on shaping the roster for a run at another Super Bowl next season.
Tampa Bay has a number of key guys who are now free agents. Antonio Brown wasn't a huge part of the Bucs championship run, but he did play his part and had five catches with a touchdown in the Super Bowl.
AB, who has a connection with Tom Brady, wants to return for a run at another ring.
From Pro Football Talk:
“Man I’d love to, I look forward to going through the process, this is a great spot for me and I would love to come back and give it another shot at a 2-peat. . . . I would love to be back here next year. It would mean everything to be back. I’m just excited and super grateful,” Brown said.
As long as Brady is on the Bucs, AB likely has a job. Unless, of course, he loses his God damn mind again. Which during the long off-season isn't completely out of the question.
