Some fourth quarter FitzMagic ended the Raiders playoff hopes while taking the Dolphins one step closer to a playoff berth. Ryan Fitzpatrick led three scoring drives in the fourth quarter to secure the 26-25 win.
A lot of things went Miami's way at the end of the game including the Raiders intentionally settling for a field goal with 19bseconds left on the clock. Nothing was bigger than a face mask penalty on the final drive.
Fitzpatrick used his FitzMagic to somehow complete a pass despite having his head ripped off.
From ESPN:
"In that case, really, you're throwing up a prayer," Fitzpatrick said. "I didn't know that it was complete, initially. My face mask was getting pulled, and my head was getting ripped off. I turned around to make sure they saw the face mask, then [Dolphins right tackle] Jesse Davis or [running back] Myles Gaskin had to tell me it was completed."
I will watch this a hundred times tonight!!!
This will go down as the best no look pass in NFL history. #RyanFitzpatrick #Fitz #Fitzpatrick #fitzmagic #MiamiDolphins #FinsUp pic.twitter.com/6TMddP3Alt

This is an incredible way to setup a game winning field goal. On the flip side it's an absolutely shocking way to see your playoff chances slip away. There's only one explanation for how this happened, it's called FitzMagic!
