The NFL isn't going to be happy with Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. During his weekly appearance on "The Pat McAfee Show" he questioned the league's COVID-19 protocols.
Rodgers pointed out double standards with the protocols and thinks that some of the protocols are in place just for the optics.

There's been a lot of questionable decisions made during this pandemic. That issue isn't exclusive to the NFL and their protocols.
With that said, I wouldn't expect a ton of science to be used by the NFL. Getting the league to do that usually takes legal action.
