Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones had a slightly different reaction than Reggie Bush did to the news that President Trump had tested positive for COVID-19.
Not only did Jones express his concern for Trump's health, he praised the President for being a hard worker.
Jones made the comments during an interview on 105.3 The Fan on Friday. Trump was taken to Walter Reed for treatment.
From 105.3 The Fan:
"I want to express my sensitivity and concern for the President," Jones said. "No one in the world has the ability to handle this COVID any better than the office of the President of the United States. I'm very confident that he'll be able to continue governing. I'm sure he's anticipated this. Knowing him, he's the hardest worker you've ever seen. Knowing him, he'll be able to go right on through this and hopefully not miss a beat."
I'm sure most reasonable people, including his haters, hope Trump makes a full recovery.
People will probably have an issue with Jones' praise of the President, because it's 2020 and there's no room for differing opinions.
