The Atlanta Falcons were all over the Dallas Cowboys early and jumped out to a 20-0 first quarter lead. Atlanta took a 29-10 lead into halftime.
But no lead is ever safe with the Atlanta Falcons, even a 19-point second half lead. Dallas cut the lead to five after scoring two touchdowns in the third quarter.
Atlanta was able to battle back to take a 39-24 lead with just under eight minutes left in the game. The Falcons wouldn't score another point.
The Cowboys scored a touchdown, stopped the Falcons, and scored again with less than two minutes left to make it a 39-37 game.
The end of the game came down to Cowboys kicker Greg Zuerlein and a huge mistake by the Falcons on special teams.

It's time to fire Dan Quinn. It's clear he has no fucking idea how to protect a lead. You can't lose that game.
