Lou Williams made his NBA Disney Bubble debut on Tuesday after spending 10 days in a quarantine following a trip to an Atlanta strip club. The guard contributed seven points, six rebounds and six assists in around 21 minutes.
After the game he finally addressed his strip club visit. Williams said that "it wasn't the best quality decision" and he's going to "take my L and keep moving."
From Sports Illustrated:
"I probably could have made a better-quality decision," Williams said. "I went somewhere after a viewing of somebody I considered a mentor, somebody I looked up to... At the time I thought I was making the responsible decision. After looking back on it with everything going on in the world and the pandemic, maybe it wasn't the best quality decision. I chalk it up as that, take my L and keep moving."
Williams took a couple of Ls on this one. His friend stupidly posted a picture of him then lied about it. He then tried the "I was there for strip club dinner" defense before a stripper snitched on his ass.
That's more than one L.
