A few days ago Under Armour announced that they have decided to end their 15-year, $280 million deal with UCLA after just three years.
From NBC News:
"Under Armour has recently made the difficult decision to discontinue our partnership with UCLA, as we have been paying for marketing benefits that we have not received for an extended time period," the company said in a statement. "The agreement allows us to terminate in such an event and we are exercising that right."
UCLA had some thoughts and responded to the news by saying they would do everything in their power to resist the move by Under Armour.
But they didn’t realize that cutting ties with Under Armour might be a blessing in disguise. Other companies might come knocking.
In fact one has, a pandemic and recession proof business that apparently has a ton of cash to spend. CamSoda has made a generous offer to fill the void left behind by Under Armour.
The popular porn site extended a 10-year, $205 million offer to UCLA.

It will never happen despite it being a win-win situation for all involved, especially the kids. Who watches more porn than college kids?
