Retired defensive end Jason Taylor is set to add another piece of hardware to his trophy case.  That hardware is going to come in the form of a wedding ring.

The former Dolphins star and NFL Hall of Famer is getting married next month to former Dolphins cheerleader Monica Velasco.  She will be Taylor's second wife after a 14 year marriage and three children with Katina Taylor, the sister of former Dolphins linebacker Zach Thomas.

This time around the 45-year-old is marrying a much younger woman.  Monica turned 26 back in April.  Love knows no age and these two lovebirds are counting down the days.

This is truly a Hall of Famer move.  Everyone jokes that when they hit their 40s they will trade in their wife for a 20 something year old, Taylor is doing it.  Congratulations to the lovely couple, it looks like everything on their registry has been purchase, but you can always sign the guestbook!
