Former Jaguars linebacker Telvin Smith was arrested and charged with unlawful sexual activity with certain minors. The arrest is the result of an investigation that began back in November.
Former Jaguars LB Telvin Smith has been arrested in Jacksonville and charged with unlawful sexual activity with certain minors, per the Duval County Jail website.

Smith surprised everyone last summer by unexpectedly announcing his retirement at the age of 28. In a statement he released at the time Smith said that he needs to get his "world in order.
“At this time, I must take time away from this game [and] get my world in order. I must give this time back to myself, my family [and] my health.”
Well we now know why he called it quits out of nowhere and holy shit what is going on in the world these days. Millions of dollars to play a game and it wasn't enough for Smith to be on his best behavior.
