49ers cornerback Josh Norman spent the night in the hospital after leaving Sunday night's game against the Packers with a chest injury.  According to reports he was taken to the hospital after spitting up blood.

The good news is that all of the tests on Norman's injury came back OK and he was there overnight as just a precaution.

From Pro Football Talk:

49ers cornerback Josh Norman was forced out of Sunday night’s loss to the Packers in the first half with a chest injury and he didn’t hang around the stadium after getting hurt.

Mike Garafolo of NFL Media reports that Norman was taken to the hospital after spitting up blood. Norman remained there overnight, although Garafolo notes that all of his tests came back OK.

Norman had a tackle, a forced fumble and was stiff armed through the earth before leaving the game with his chest injury.
